If you believe a product acquired from the Canon Store is defective, you may have a right of return and/or other remedies under either our voluntary warranty (please refer to the Warranty Card which will be supplied with your product) and/or the Consumer Guarantees provisions of the Australian Consumer Law (for further information, see consumerlaw.gov.au).
In addition, we provide an easy online process for returning products in certain circumstances within 21 days of delivery. Those circumstances include
- Product is DOA (Dead On Arrival)
- Product sent is different to product ordered
- Product arrived damaged
